Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026 · Applies to this website

This policy covers this website only. How we handle your health information as a patient is covered separately in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

The short version

This site is a set of plain, static pages. It does not ask you to log in, it does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set cookies. We do not collect personal information from you simply for visiting.

What this site collects

Information you give us

Nothing on this site asks for personal information. If you email or call us using the details published here, we receive whatever you choose to send, and we use it only to respond to you.

Please do not send detailed health information by email. Ordinary email is not a secure or confidential channel.

Information collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which typically record the IP address making a request, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser type. These logs exist for security and reliability, are generated by the hosting provider rather than by anything we added, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and includes no advertising pixels or analytics trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

Fonts and third-party resources

Page text is displayed using fonts loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Everything else on this site — images, styles and code — is served from our own host.

Booking and scheduling

Booking does not happen on this website. The booking buttons take you to outside platforms, and once you follow one of those links you are on their service and subject to their privacy policy, not this one:

Anything you enter on those platforms is collected by them. We receive your information from them in our capacity as your treating practice, and at that point it is protected health information governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Links to other sites

This site links to outside resources, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and a Psychology Today profile. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we do not operate.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Patient care for minors is handled through our intake process, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No system is perfectly secure, and no method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed. Anything genuinely sensitive should go through a secure channel rather than this website or email.

Your choices

Because this site does not collect personal information, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete on the website side. If you have contacted us by phone or email and want to know what we hold, or want it deleted, use the contact details below. Rights over your health record are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
